If you need an affordable, CLEAN, just-the-basics place to stay in Greenville, THIS place can't be beat. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe. Room was spotless. All basic needs provided for an incredible price. Plus very centrally located. It was also quiet. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. PS - If you need high end finishes and luxuary accomodations like pool, gazillion count sheets, etc., go elsewhere. This is for regular folks who don't need fancy.

This was one of the best places Ive ever stayed at. So clean. I have dark uniform pants that are long on me so with my shoes off they drag on the floor. I walked around n there wasnt even any dust on my pants. It was comfortable and very quiet. Dana was so sweet and helpful.

Of course it's not first rate; it is precisely as named: an affordable suite. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The management is onsite and check in is easy.

It is located right in the heart of everything. Anything you would need or want is within reach. The room was very spacious and the kitchen was just what I needed for a family function. I LOVED the fact that a laundry room was very close by literally right next door to the office!!

The staff, especially Dana, were great! Very caring and let us extend day by day, as we were waiting for funeral to take place.

This was our second stay and the stay for the most part was good only thing I would have to say would be people on the floor above us was a little loud at times even at 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. in the morning other than that it was okay.

The front desk lady is one of the nicest people I've met during a hotel experience. The room was also lovely and very comfortable. I felt very safe staying here, which is super important as a solo female traveler.
